The Artificial Kidney Unit of Batangas HealthCare Hospital – Jesus of Nazareth was established on May 2003. It was launched to offer patients needing dialysis treatment as this is recognized to be life saving procedure. The unit is equipped with 6 machines, Fresenius 4008S and Braun Dialog Plus. We have a reclining lazy-boy chairs in the unit, Television with cable, pillows and blankets. Our water treatment facility is regularly checked in order to meet the water quality standards. Aside from patient’s safety and treatment efficiency, BHCH JoN Artificial Kidney Unit strives to make our dialysis sessions as comfortable as possible. We are a hospital- based dialysis unit. A Physician is always within reach for any emergency.
The patient’s are cared by highly trained & competent dialysis nurses. Our nursing procedures and medical practice guidelines are continuously updated in order to assure patients utmost health and safety. The staffs undergo monthly seminars and conventions to attain excellence in their field.
The unit is open from Monday to Saturday, 6am to 10 pm. On –call nurses are scheduled on Sunday in case of emergency dialysis.
